[R&F] [1.0.0.220] Monks still cannot benefit from Great Generals.

The patch note, 1.0.0.216, described that this issue has been fixed, but it actually did NOT. Please check it out again. I tested this with a Medieval era General.

This bug was not fixed yet at the latest patch which has been released today. Are Devs even checking this forum?...
