If you load the included save.. you'll lose it too!

Something weird that happens simultaneously though. I previously had started Bolshoi Theater.. but it had stopped "production" to an earlier coastal flood -- after the 3M that caused Sydney Opera House to completely disappear (there's no obvious feedback from the map either, except for a newly submerged tile connected to the Ternate city).. i could restart BolShoi!.

Personally, I don’t care for the permanence of world wonders. I don’t even care for how you get the benefits of a wonder you conquer from another civ. You should get the score for it but that’s it.

Nonetheless.. this *was* a clear bug from a developper standpoint.

My understanding was if the Sydney Opera House went underwater it turned into a giant death shark... gutted.
