[1.0.1.501] Can build seaside resorts on tundra hills

Playing as Lady Six Sky I was able to build seaside resorts on tundra hill, volcanic soil terrain tiles. Screen shot details below. One of the locations had an appeal of only 3.

It's kind of wonky coding, but while Tundra & Tundra Hills are not valid terrains, Volcanic Soil is a valid feature so you are able to build the resorts.

I suppose you're right I didn't notice that volcanic soil was a feature that could be built on. Shouldn't it still require breathtaking appeal? One of them is built on charming (3) appeal.

Hmm, I typed this hours ago and then promptly forgot to hit "Post Reply" and just closed the browser window. Anyway...

Just off-hand the only thing I can think of is that when you built it the tile's appeal was breathtaking. Is that a mine next to it? Do you have a save game from before you built the resort that you can check the appeal?
