Carthaginian African Forest Elephant Bugs:
1. Movement speed is incorrectly "Quadruped" instead of "Phant", which causes these behemoths to zip around the map ridiculously.
2. The unit doesn't move when attacking, enemies run to it instead. The elephant should charge while the spearmen riding it attack. I believe this is because it incorrectly contains ranged attacks (HasShortRangedAttack + HasLongRangedAttack) instead of having a rush attack value (ChariotElephant) in ArtDefine_UnitMemberCombats.
3. The weapon type sound effect for the unit is "Arrows" instead of "Spear" in ArtDefine_UnitMemberCombatWeapons.
