[1.0.7.9] GP points ... heavily boosted.

Something really weird just happened to me.

AI-Hungary suddenly had a HUGE jump in points for three of his GP.
AFAIC.. there's no valid ruleset values or hidden factors that could cause such a terrible flaw.

Anyone could explain or confirm this buggy condition?
 
Now i feel the above was a simple local glitch with SQL or DATA processing -- cuz four turns later, Mathias' points returned to normal rational value.

Soooooo... disregard or lock the thread. Unless Firaxis would prefer testing out for incode malfunction.
 
This flaw happened once again today.
America (Roosevelt-RoughRider on turn #240/330) suddenly jumped at 180+ GP points for the same Engineer+Merchant+Scientist stack. Which triggered three almost immediate choices for him that first snatched an Engineer away from me.
Eventually -- within about 3 more turns .. he returned at normal counts.

Something is (still) horribly broken or some wacky mods might be responsible.
Sorry i can't be more accurate to reproduce such an issue or find exactly why or how.

PS; Reason == Hermetic Order OP !!!

Not a bug, this is an oddity in how the game calculates points from projects.

As the projects provide GP points, the sum of the points given via the project is applied to the "per turn" count, and then drops back down.

What you are observing is catching Matthias completing it.

It's probably why the vanilla screen leaves out so much info (how many turns before you can recruit?)
