Icons for certain civs are not showing up on the banner behind leaders regardless if it's your own or your opponents'. Not sure what is causing this, have seen it with Ming (self, opponent) and Shawnee (opponent) so far.

I confirm civ icons does not show up in diplomacy banners for Shawnee and Ming civs.
