To clarify the GEMA's position on youtube videos: They demand a flat payment of 0.00375 for each view on videos GEMA claims to have distribution rights on.
While it seems reasonable on first glance to pay 3,750 for a million view hit video, it is easily understandable how this demand would force google to close down youtube altogether.
Paying 4 million Euros to GEMA just because they claim a right on Gangnam Style for which they didn't even pay?
Sure, you can argue that google is using the videos for ad revenue, but at least they provide a world wide public service while the GEMA just acts as a parasite, raking in money for doing nothing.

Yes, those too, but in these cases the GEMA isn't to blame. It's the copyright holder itself taking down those parodies in an act of complete idiocy. Even the actors and the director love and endorse those parodies publicly, but hey, copyright, y'know.
