Ah good to have my suspicion confirmed, thank you. I'd not seen that original thread discussion. Perhaps the rules here could be edited to reflect this change?

Did you put in the bit about pc likely being capped as soon as we find a fifth D10 so we can roll the capping number?

Could we get clarification on this point? If a discussion of copyright laws, or consumer issues with streaming services comes up in OT, for example, what is or is not in bounds?

Think a general discussion of copyright law and streaming services would be within bounds.
The trouble will come if web sites or links are identified or posted to places folks can go and actively participate in piracy of intellectual property. Even hinting where these places exist would be problematic.
