[145] City State window doesn't resize and text goes beyond windows border

I've updated VEM to v145 and continued my current game. Clicking on a CS brings up the CS diplomatic window and, as you can see in the attached image, the window doesn't resize with the new info added and text goes beyond the windows border.

Also, the label TXT_KEY_TOPIC_CS_MILITARY instead of the appropiate text is displayed for military CS.

Hmm I'd attempted to write it so it would show only numbers on the main display, and leave the descriptions on the tooltips. I must have made a typo somewhere. I'll get that fixed, and thank you for reporting this!

I've been playing with version 145.4 and you've correctly fixed the text overflow . What remains is the missing text for the label TXT_KEY_TOPIC_CS_MILITARY, as you can see in the attached image.
