The King of Poland, Jacob I, was thinking of the days of the old Rzeczpospolita, one that stretched from Silesia and Poznan all the way to Minsk. The only way to get that now would be war with USSR - that is something he did NOT want.

is this NES dead? its been 2 days since erez started the update. cant take THAT long. if the update wont be posted today, then 1) im dropping out of this because what's the point if there arent any updates?, and 2) this NES probably IS dead anyway

I don't like the writing in an update, I like the map editing, and this had NONE.

dont take offense - i wasnt offending u, or at least no intentionally.
just that it will always be at least a litle boring at the beginning. this is a good NES idea - to get nations to start right after WW1 and see if history will change or if it will remain on-course before 1939. a good idea if you want interesting would be to start in 1930, 1931. why? because that's when the land-hunger and greed in the post-WW1, pre-WW2 years emerged (Japan invaded/occupied Manchuria). and then, players wont have as much time to try and get things different (or the same - depends on preference ) but they will have some. starting it in 1939 will give players a little less control over it.
