Update 4
Maltian War Expands
Crete
First, it started in Crete. Where a Egyptian force 500 strong came up against 60 Maltianese. Although the Maltans were defeated, they inflicted many casualties on the Egyptians, and many escaped on a ship back to Malta.
Balearics Islands
Carthaginians captured the remaining Malta islands in the Balearics. Not much else.
Sicily
A group effort between Rome and Carthage leads to the defeat of the Naval forces around Syracuse. However Carthaginians never actually tried to take Syracuse, and were pushed back a little by Maltan Forces.
Maltian Ships
The allied powers, seeing how Dependant Malta was on wood, quickly started to target ships carrying wood shipments, significantly slowing the production of ships in Malta's harbors, and only were able to get into service nearing the end of the turn, and were unable to significantly impact the battles.

Sovie Carthag-Barbarian War
In the Sovie Capital, people were bunkered down. Continual raids by Zemicks troops forced them to build massive walls of wood. But, still, they continued to come. Yet their walls held, supported by Horse Archers that let volleys of arrows on them. The barbarians took heavy casualties as they were unable to attain food in the “scorched earth” area around the city, and were continually attacked by elite horse archers. A “Macedonian” contingent went to their port, saying that they were to assist. However, once they got inside the city, Carthag spies found out who they were and quickly killed most of them, but not before one was able to open the gates. They invaded the city, but were repelled. However their fortresses is basically destroyed and their city is very vulnerable. The government moved to a city located in Asia Minor. Since then, the Zemicks have pretty much taken control of the area, but there is still resistance fighters mounting a Guerrilla campaign.

Egypt
Due to massive over-expansion without any improvement to infrastructure, rebels have been able to take control of parts of Nubia. However they are disorganized, and present no real threat to Egypt. Also they stopped as much Piracy, and found exclusive markets in Macedonia and Greece, with their fine African goods selling well.
