Oh well it looks as if I'll have to see if I can pass the finish post with a shrinking empire for now at least. The moving capitol has given me better production.

Killed whoever was in New Lund, captured it, and lost a longbow or two in the process.
You know, an alliance was anounced to battle the Viking hoardes along time ago. As it has finally become successful you have intercepted a confidential correspondence.
I have to say that I have little sympathy. You had the game sown. You could have taken Jerusalem, scored the English relic and frustrated our attempt to cross the Med. Instead you attacked France unprovoked and amused yourself killing my spare spearmen. Now you will have to see if you can get to the finish line by counter attacking. Not a very good prospect.
Now that we have you bottled up the question does remain how we finish the game. Can't let you out too soon - or at all. Hmmmm
