I passed a turn on. The 4th has made it around but not this one. I have been deliquent on my gps's trying to get the games out quickly but not having much time.

The only thing you can do about assassins before you get inquisitors is to wander around aimlessly and hope you run into one or two. Not exactly high strategy.
