3.19 Modern Civ PBEM

Well, this is most bizarre.
I've never had this happen before but I'm actually getting a crash to desktop when I tried to load the latest save received from mc-red.
I have absolutely no idea what could cause this so I can only suggest the most basic possible resolution - replaying the save and hoping that the newly produced savefile won't cause the same ctd.
Could you please do this mc-red?
I'm pretty sure it's not something on my end because it was right after a clean install of the game, and the other 3 pbem saves I opened worked just fine.
There's also a small possibility the save I downloaded got corrupted, so I'll try downloading it again and seeing if that helps.

Guys I am really sorry about this but my situation wrt. civ is looking down atm.
I am rarely home and I will have to abandon all my civ pbems.
I really have to apologize but I could not have anticipated this even a few months ago.
I am going to be travelling till next Friday so if there are any cleanup/handover issues I can take care of them then.
I have really enjoyed playing this and the other games I am in but can't continue.
