The raggy bunch of settlers heading for the wheat and sheep suddenly realise that it is part of the great empire to the North. The watchers in the trees keep a close eye on them.

"Our great King will not take it well if this band should settle too close to Beaverland."

"I fear you may be right, let's hope they turn back and settle the more lucrative lands to the south."

And so the border tension steps up a small notch.
