No not always gloomy or raining. It's been really sunny and warm, they've been talking about there being a water shortage later in the summer due to lack of rain so far this year.

is there really a such thing as a water shortage the earth is covered in it and not that hard to distill. if we put as much effort into distilling water as we do alcohol there would be plenty of water. think about it a water distillery in every town.

The only trouble is the waters not always in the right place. However, your right if we put our minds to it we could move it where it needs to be. They manage with petrol and gas.

if every man, woman and child distilled 5 gallon a day no water shortage. it sounds gross but in a time a need a community urinating in a certain local so it could be distilled would be a great help.
