Grenzer is Fusilier replacement (3rd/4th UC) for Austria with promotions as:
"Field Works"
"Home Guard" (+25% strength: CS in Friendly Territory)
"Grenzer" (+1 strength CS per Diplomatic Marriage on Empire (CS adjustment on level up))

Reasons and Problems
To make Austria more flexible and give single era window to push it`s borders against uncomfortable neighbors.
Current bonus scales well only if you do really well f.e. at 7 DM you get 20% CS witch is nothing if you are placed next to warmonger.

Grenzer" (+4% strength CS per Diplomatic Marriage on Empire (CS adjustment on level up))
