I am bumping this scenario up, as I have played it and found that it is both challenging and fun. Also, it would be good for multiple players, one on each continent. It is one of the few times playing Civ3 that I have been successful at going to war with the AI, mainly because of the limitation to one city. It definitely is a challenge.
