Minor balance observation: Fale Tele's yields feel very small, even when going intentionally wide(40 cities in my current game). Could probably bump the instant yield part a bit more(to 3 or 4 gold/culture/faith/food), given that you're not going to build that many buildings in ancient era in the end (and later scaling is less of a balance problem). Compare to the Organization tenet, giving 10 of food and culture, and you'll likely get Fale only a bit earlier.

This is mostly a problem in Marathon, I think - gamespeed multipliers aren't very good when the starting number is so tiny. (18 each in Renaissance is basically nothing)

Koa is cool - it's actually pretty useful to have a combat-focused Scout that can hamper and hinder things in skirmishes; though it mildly overlaps with Maori Warrior, but maybe there is just enough of a time and role difference for it to not matter.

Second test with Maya. Everything looks great. It seems these K'atun promos will turn my land Units on a fury. As long I AM Maya, I'm happy with that...
A little thing that disappointed me : Terracota Army built in the Capitol. Accordingly the Barrrack and Heroic Epic, the copy of each unit I received got 15XP+Morale but despite the Pitz Court was there none of them got the K'atun Ahaw promo as expected. I sold everything then.

Free units don't get building promotions, ever. Ikanda, etc. wouldn't give their promotions either

The old icon is used in the Sumer mod which I just ported. The new icon is taken from Elia Bruzzone's Etemenanki wonder mod. imo, it's a significant upgrade from regalmanemperor's old icon.

I also recoloured the Austrian Landwehr from a grey jacket to blue. The unit's colour now matches its icon

Credit table updated (I blackened the "Goedendag" model case, since the two available models aren't good enough...).
Also, I may be mistaken, but the new Cacadores picture is from janboruta, no ? This looks very muck like janboruta's artstyle.

Even in my current game where I have built probably closer to thousand buildings in my 40 cities, it still doesn't add to that much because the base yield of Fale Tele is so small (6 on marathon). Several thousand at once is huge. Several thousand by turn 700... is on par with most Ancient and Classical era base buildings. It's not noticeable, it does not really change your gameplay (just kinda rewards you for something you'd be doing anyway), and the smallness is almost hilarious when it comes Organization yields (or any raw static yields). Seeing (108 food/108 culture/18 faith/18 gold) on building finish looks very skewed, and the raw yield difference gets even more silly from there.

Come to think of it, would it be better if Fale gave much bigger and more types of yields... but only when completing certain type of building? Defensive, military and coastal, for example? (or science, cultural and economic, or any combination of building lines). That would make you think about your build orders and gameplay.

Even assuming you manage to have 50 stable cities by Industrial, building everything you can in each... you'd still get very little back. Getting a building in each in Industrial(24 each from Fale), on Marathon, gets a total of 1200 of each yield. In somewhat-developed city, an Industrial building takes maybe 25 turns to build. Basic Fale (1s/1c) generates 1250s/1250c in that time in those same cities.

If we're aiming for 'small bonus when building', then yeah, we're there - though might really just replace the on-building and citizen birth yields with raw +1 each so it at least looks spiffier. Amounts to roughly the same in the long run, is better in Ancient... but doesn't look so miserable late in the game. If it's OP, I'd rather push this Council replacement to Trade or Calendar than keep it in it's current state.

If we're aiming for a UB that actually makes you change what you do playstyle-wise... don't think so that much. Compare other 1st-tier buildings to wit, since I am on a roll:
Lamassu Gate: huge bonus to supply cap, and a stupid-early great writer slot. Potential with Assyria's other uniques is obvious.
Tophet: makes buying units better for you than anyone else.
Ger: boosts your first few cities noticeably, prepping you for conquering/jumpstarting your conquered cities.
Stele: Haile Selassie founds Eastern Orthodoxy every game for a reason.
Walls of Babylon: very nice defensive and science boost and that real-early scientist slot.
Buffalo Pound: hello there, food for every starting location.

Though really, even worse than the middling yields of Fale... is that it's just not very exciting, compared to the other 1st tier buildings here.
 
Hello guys after long long time. It's been a month since my last visit. Tough times, many issues to handle and I didn't want to mess your work with my head dug in other things. As I could see you did many improvements and changes to existing UCs. Do you want me to push new v30 version as official or there are some bugs still unresolved?

I have multiple mods so I'm not sure, but it seems that the new promotions you added cause problems (Do they have 16x16px versions of the icons?)
There are no 16px versions of new icons. I will add them if possible.
 
I will try to finish descriptions for all civs. @pineappledan, @Hinin can you handle making new post for this mod? You could take descriptions I made in page 6. I will try to finish them and update as soon as possible.

I checked Khopesh bug. @Infixo can you look into Github?
What's with those errors you got and posted on Github? Is it fixed already?
 
I meant that long "Agora help" discussion on github.
Khopesh issue has to have something with War Elephant and fortify value for it. Maybe it cannot fortify at all?

Added Korea and Japan to page 6 description. Only 3 left and some updates to existing ones.

Agora and Klepht was topic of some rework during my absence. Maybe @Hinin or @pineappledan can explain that.

Khopesh on attack gives debuff (-20 CS) to opposite unit. At the beginning of next and following turns game checks if unit with debuff is fortified. If yes debuff is taken away. If not it stays and can stay forever if unit not fortify. Problem is that when Khopesh give debuff to War Elephant and that WE fortifies it cannot get rid of that debuff. Other units have no such problems. I tested quickly on swordsman and guy from github on Skirmisher.

@Moi Magnus I added 16px promotion icons but they are bad quality. I contacted mod maker and waiting for response. Maybe he will be eager to help. I saw he added some new good quality icons to his mod. But now it works. Wait for new release of our mod.
