I made these 5 buttons to depict:

1. Scripture
2. Magna Carta
3. Communist Manifesto
4. Hammurabi's Code
5. Constitution

I'm using them in my mod as a Civilization unique (each civ can only build one) national wonder which allows early access to one category of civics.

Scripture (available at Writing) allows all religious civics.
Magna Carta (available at Monarchy) allows all labor civics.
Communist Manifesto (available at Philosophy) allows all economy civics.
Hammurabi's Code (available at Code of Laws) allows all legal civics.
Constitution (available at Code of Laws) allows all government civics.

I'd like to hear people's opinion about balance issues with this mod. Also, I'm just using a basic book and pedestal for in-game display. If anyone has any better graphics, please let me know.

Thanks,
Apis.

Hmm, very good idea! Will change Angkor Wat or the Pyramids so they have different abilities, or is your plan to just be you could build the wonders and then unlock another set of civics?

Yea, I was going to change the Pyramids to something else. Any input on which wonders are available to which civs?

I'd like to place them accurately/historically. But, also need to keep gameplay balanced. Here is how I currently have them assigned:

-America
-Byzantium
-Carthage
-Greece
-Holy Roman Empire
-Rome

Hammurabi's Code: (Legal civics)
-Arabia
-Babylon
-Ottomans
-Persia
-Sumeria
-Egypt

Magna Carta: (Labor civics)
-Dutch
-England
-Ethiopia
-France
-Germany
-Mali
-Portugal
-Zulu

Manifesto: (Economy civics)
-Aztecs
-China
-Inca
-Korea
-Maya
-Russia
-Mongolia

Scripture: (Religion civics)
-Celts
-India
-Japan
-Khmer
-Native Americans
-Vikings
