[.511] Taskbar in windowed + Video settings don't save in dx11

So, everything works fine in dx9, fullscreen works, video settings save, no problems.

The problem starts when I open the game in dx11. No visible video settings in the options menu, the tick options such as fullscreen and strategic view dont save after restarting, and the taskbar stays at the bottom of the game in dx11 (normally in windowed mode it goes away), obstructing view.

There should be no problem with my hardware as I have an OCed i5 2500k and a HD6970 with sufficent cooling, psu etc etc.

Anyone help, this is really annoying.

The missing options might be an indicator for corrupted files.

I verified the integrity, and yes it said said something was up and 'fixed it' but tyhe only thing it fixed was the taskbar, the video options still do not show up.

Try it again. It might be that you get another message which says that another file has to be fixed. So it so long until it says that no files have to be fixed anymore.

hm, I checked it again, still no success and the taskbar re appeared.
