Rules:
Joining:
You get 10 claim points on start. Provinces have to be connected by either land or sea. Islands and overseas provinces cost 2 points and connected by land costs 1 point.
Pick a capital.
Pick a colour
Choose a flag
Other stuff optional.

Claiming
Claiming is done using Power. Power is Amount of provinces/2, rounded DOWN. Claiming is the same as with joining - 2 for provinces not connected to capital by land, 1 for those that are. Blitzing is fine, as long as it's only 1 province beyond a border province.

War
War is thing. Is done in the same way as in IOT XIV, not because I'm satirizing but because it actually kind of works. Same with armies and navies.

HINTS:
The world will be steampunk. Don't expect Modern tech. the game starts in 1870.
Please don't powergame. this should be self explanatory.
Post claims in maps. I'm not planning on entering victoria II just to see what parts you claimed in a text post.
Same goes for signups.

I've changed it to the Fou Republic of Alaska, fou is French for insane according to google. It'd probably work better for Quebec but working better isn't something that this nation is about.
