6th Farm Fail for Feudalism

I've noticed this as well. It's strange because other pillaged improvements or damaged buildings give eurekas/inspirations like normal.
 
I wonder if it's related to the bug where, if you captured a lux with an improvement you didn't have the tech for, you couldn't ever get the lux, even if you destroyed and replaced the improvement. I believe that bug was fixed in a recent patch, but this seems like the same sort of failure to recognize something when it doesn't happen in the most typical way.
 
I have noticed the same thing, repairing a 6th farm doesn't get you the eureka but building one as your 6th will give it to you.
If you capture 5 farms, repair them and then build a 6th farm you get the eureka.
So you get credit for repaired farms but for some reason repairing a 6th farm doesn't trigger the eureka.
 
This also happens with the craftsmanship civic and improve 3 tiles. If a barbarian comes in and pillages you and you repair it, somehow it no longer counts toward the three
