Wer are in their territory and are definately violating a treaty. Lucky is furious. He wants us out. I told him we will leave his territory. There was no official authorization for it. I am not going to play the blame game, but I will say this: There will be no moving troops into GCA territory without the approval of my ministry and of the citizens.

No. I've checked the saves. Their culture has expanded, but that did not affect our current unit positions. We have moved units into their territory willingly.
WE HAVE INVADED GCA TERRITORY WITHOUT ANY DECLEARATION OF ANY KIND AND WE HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO THEIR COMPLAINT!
Right now Zarn has signed a treaty with GCA to avoid an open war against them.
Apparantly we have had units in their territory for at least 3 turns!
And, for those who don't read the logs:
Lucky tells us that their ambassador to us, Anarchy, contacted us (Lucky believed it was Octavian and Bootstoots who were contacted, but he wasn't sure), and complained about our invasion of their territory yesterday!
Why haven't anyone been talking about our forces being inside GCA territory?
Why haven't I heard anything of this complaint their ambassador sent us?
Why doesn't the screenshots provided at the Turn 126 thread show our Pike and Med Inf inside their territory?
I DO NOT want to put all the blame on a single person (We ALL could see at least our Pike in Turn 125 INSIDE GCA territory), but I want to know what is going on here!
And again, I realy feel our current system of government is ready for a change, or at least an upgrade!

THE DEAL WE HAVE SIGNED WITH GCA
On this 14th of October, 2003, the sovereign nation of Fanatikou hereby agrees to the following:
1. All CFCs units leave GCAs in-game territory immediately.
2. All offensive CFC units stay at least 1 tile from the border of GCA, as a buffer. All offensive GCA units will stay at least 1 tile from the border of CFC, as a buffer.
3. CFC will attempt to initiate permanent peace talks with GCA.
4. CFC will not formally align with APO in game in any way in their quest for GCAs destruction.
5. CFC will only void this treaty by formally declaring war, only then units may ignore these points. The same goes for GCA.
This treaty is to last until the war between APO and GCA has come to an end.

Here's my explanation for it:
The troops shown were going to that square as of a few turns ago, before Sodapopolis's borders expanded. I neglected to remove that action, and they went there automatically after our turn was over. I explained it to GCA and they don't seem to be too disturbed about it.

What the hell are you guys doing???
First of all, believe it or not, those troops were INTENTIONALLY MOVED THERE! Remember Operation Iron Denial? I thought that we had a general consensus, even from the Foreign Affairs Ministry, that we were going to take control of that damn iron!
And, what about our brilliant plans to form a permanent alliance with Apolyton? As is was, they were hesitant at best, and we could have pushed them over. NOW we have to contend with the fact that we've signed an agreement with our sworn enemy against such action!
And now we've given GCA a better chance to fight off Apolyton by allowing them to cocentrate their forces on one front! Brillinant thinking! Better yet, they'll have another source of iron to connect, allowing them to build pikes and med infs. even after their main one is taken out! And don't even think of the consequnces of what could happen if Apolyton's massive army reaches OUR front, after we signed a peace treaty with our mutual enemy!
And no, don't even worry about the fact that the treaty was agreed to unconstitutionally! Let's all screw polls, and make deals without even attempting to discuss it with others later in the day!
I move, and demand, that this treaty be recognized as null and void at once!

Um, It wasn't my fault...
This treaty was never valid in the first place, as it was not agreed to constitutionally. Also, this treaty has provisions for a declaration of war under which this treaty will be thrown out the window. Poly doesn't know of the treaty; all they know about is our little incursions into GCA territory. Oct, if you would like to nullify this, all you should do is go to #gamecatcher and say that this treaty is invalid until it passes a proper poll, which we can conduct and that can determine our course of action on this.

And no, I have not recieved any sort of contact from GCA from their ambassador at all. Had THAT happened, you would know.
