Most of the common stuff will be Python and most of the Python is BUG Python modular. There are some hang overs from RoM still which could be moved and I never figured out what the problem was with Pepper2000's attempt. It just may have been some limit somewhere but I can't be sure.

Can you post this in the current Outbreaks and Afflictions thread. This one is now obsolete.
Quarantine is very within the scope of that project. We'll have to talk these concepts out patiently but I can see a LOT of good thinking here.

He was a generalist or natural scientist, but used statistics to figure out where the cholera was coming from. All the event does is build the Tradition that can be built by the Great Scientist or Great Doctor, basically it may happen while you are trying to get a Great Person so you can build it.
I forgot about the Great Doctor.
