Hello,I have a good idea for a new civilization, the Wari empire from South America:

The Wari empire (Lord of Wari)

UA: "Urban Revolution" the cities have +3 happiness and the roads are more cheap.

UU:Awqaylli, replace Knight, +2 speed and 25% combat strength when fighting units of a Civilization that follows a different religion.

UB:Vegachayoq Moqo, replace the temple,+4 culture. Add +1 faith and +3 happiness in cities with at least 5 followers with Religious Center Religious Belief.

(English is not my native language, sorry if I make some mistakes)

Hello. :) Your Temple replacement is a weaker Songhai's one.

I would actually love to see some "road" centered abilities. It made me think. I hope you are gonna try to code your idea up. :) Good luck.

Moderator Action: Welcome to Civfanatics! This fits in better in the "Civilization Design Resources" sub-forum; I've moved it to there.

Indeed, I've been campaigning for a Huari civilization lately, you can see my designs here and here.

I've, uh, tried to go for ideas that are a little bit more complex than what you're suggesting here, compared to Tiwanaku I don't feel like Huari deserves the faith focus, with their engineering and monumental building being much more remarkable.

Your naming scheme could also use some help, mean, there are units in the base game which are called "something warrior", but personally I find that a little bit lame.

I presume you're peruvian, right?
