A question of wonder

Not entirely sure, but I think using the "replace all with checkbox checked" might work.
 
Well actually I would like to have many wonders that activate espionage at different times of the game and for different civilisations (national specific wonders).
So if you discovered a technology that cancels the effects of these wonders, does it cancels the possibility of spying for this nation?
 
You could do it with resources:

* A tech or would enable espionage, and each country could then build, say, a Spy Center Small Wonder. But, for each Civ. a different resource would be required to build it. That's how you could control timing. A new tech advance could be made to cancel the improvement's effects, but not preclude the ability to build a new building later (with a different resource required perhaps) that re-enables the better spying abilities.
 
Try making it go obsolete with some tech, like many wonders do.
 
Sorry I read this not earlier. There are flags in the editor, that when triggered, can´t be made obsolete by making the building obsolete, that had triggered that flag. One of them is spying, another one is building nuclear weapons (triggered by building the manhattan Project).

Hmm, by any chance do you have a link to that thread/post? I'm interested in seeing the other flags.

I don´t have a link in that case. These were some things I remembered from testing long ago. I hope I remembered them well. :)
