MP will not be part of the June patch. You will have to get PTW to get MP.

The June patch will be out sometime in June. No exact date...it could even be moved back!

My guess is probably mid-late June; they wouldn't have a set date for June if it was going to be at the late minute. Unless the patch is delayed (which is more than probable).
