You spend some time shouting at the bandits before one of them that appears to be the leader finally decides to listen to you. You apologize for stumbling into their camp and make promises and threats of retribution should your party not be allowed to leave. The bandit leader was impressed with your oratory and eventually came up with a counterproposal. He stated that if one of you was left behind for punishment for your trespassing, the others would be allowed to leave without issue or hassle. He voluntarily had his men cease fire to allow your party to discuss the matter. 1. Salma suggests that the party surprises the bandits with a quick attack at dawn, using guns to drive them into cover while you run for the camp and make a quick escape. 1 Day (Agility Challenge; very high risk)
2. You can take the bandits up on their offer, there’s at least a moderate chance they won’t betray you and gun all of you down as you leave. At very least you can rig the grenade and threaten to blow everyone up if party is prevented from leaving and they renege on the deal. Of course you would still have to decide who to leave behind. 1 Day (Specify who stays)
3. Gary suggests that you and Salma take shots from the roof to pick off the bandits one by one. This would likely take some time, and constantly expose you to enemy fire, but it would be easier and safe than taking them all on in an actual fight. 2 Days (Perception Challenge; moderate risk)
4. Surrender, maybe you could escape later, if there is a later.
5. Hold out and do nothing. You have enough non-human food here for a few days, maybe you can outlast them to wait for a better opportunity to escape. 3 Days

After considering the “gracious” offer of the bandits to leave one of your own behind to be in the larder, you decide to go with the option of trying to kill them all from afar as Gary suggested. You and Salma, as the best shots, go to the roof and begin attempting to take them all down with gunfire. You are able to nail half a dozen of them before the return fire begins. You exchange gunfire for the better part of a day, but to not much more effect. To make matters worse, Salma is hit by a particularly accurate marksman’s fire, and you are too. She is not wearing any armor and is bleeding profusely while you and Gary struggle to stop the flow. Eventually she is stabilized, and you return on watch while Gary makes sure the situation does not become any worse. At this point you are out of supplies and water, making the situation critical. (Perception Challenge Failed, +20% Damage to OPD SWAT Armor, Salma is Badly Wounded; +10 Reputation with Gary)

1. There is a single last chance to get out of this without surrender. You would have to fight your way out and do what you could to clear the way. Also, tell Salma we love her, here at the end, with death perhaps looming. This should ensure enough tension that we both get out alive. Trust me, I've watched a lot of movies.
Well I mean Selma is almost dead anyhow. She isn't living through this I don't think.
In any case, let's hold off on any confessions for now. Live through this and we can revisit the topic I think. No need to shoot our romance with one if the other's about to die
