You have arrived in Stilt Town, passing through a fairly minimal town wall. The main defensive advantage of the town is that they can clearly see miles in any direction, being able to prepare for any possible threat. The town itself lives up to its name, as almost all of the buildings are built on stilts at least a story above the ground. The locals claim that occasionally the area floods, making the whole process a necessary one. Unlike many wasteland towns, the buildings here are all constructed out of local resources, rather than being built in old ruins or out of metal. The wall is of metal construction, but it appears to be built recently. To your surprise you can hear a large generator going, and a very sophisticated reactor must be nearby. A small market exists outside the town walls with tents and caravans setting up away from the main population center. There are no inns in town, so you are forced to camp outside.
