I have a newer system and sent DxDiag and Pics of issue to Take 2.

2 Gig Memory
2 x NVidia 6800 GT's in SLI (Driver before 11-14 81.94) Hum will have to try this one!
I have the following bugs if it helps:
Game bogs down big time. Stutters and locks up over time. Info screens take 30+ seconds to open.
Plans dont show movements.
One graphic issue I have have that I didnt see list is as I scroll out to global view I get colored lines in both the world view and mini map. As I scroll back in for close view I can see again but Mini Map i will continue to have the colored lines.
I have so many of the other bugs listed here as well I wont bore you. Waiting for patch I guess.
