Age of Colonisation

I don't think the mongols were around in 1680 red wall.

that need an South American Civ in Amazonia, the incans can cath it very easy...

so, i have looked at the map again, and i'm sorry for not say that the barbarian camp for Hispaniola isn't the barbarian camp in cuba, but in the island in the side, i don't remember the name, i think is literally Hispaniola =D, this will inplicate in the plains that have it become the 'marsh', that is the only one terrain that can be built. Need some new 'mashes' in the carib, in the little islands that have resourses and what one more in the strait of Panama, to make the passage to another sea. So, because the marsh is the only terrain that can be built, need more of then, greatly increase then in Russia and make the Colonists that are in the frontier start in a Marsh, because i have to move it, and i do not have the information that marsh was the only terrain that i can build a city. The increased moviment coast of Coast was wonderful, only need to add 1 caravel to the near Hispaniola, to simbolize the expedition that goes to found the city. I have found some Railroads in the map... can you explain it, i don't know why we have railroad
there =P

I have changed the map previuosly used in game. I have now took the El Justo's map from AoI. I must delete from the map all the road, railroad, resources etc. and put in place the original from old map, but some of these (railroads) I missed to remove.
In the meantime I have decided to apply the idea of Ideal City Location to avoid massive colonization of europe and russia by european civs instead to envoy their settlers to the new world. But in the test I have seen that the European Civ maintain the tendence to envoy their settlers to russia. So I think to be a good idea to put impassable terrain to avoid colonizaton of russia from other civs and leave only two passages for russian settler and put a barricade with some russian units to permit the passage toward the Ideal City Locations only to russians.
Sorry. For the changes you have post, I will make it and as soon as I will upload a new map in the first post;)

Why not just lose a civ altogether and not replace it?

The problem is always the same: to add a new civilisation it need to eliminate another already present in game. I think to eliminate the Golden Horde civ and replace it with Swahili City States, but to add a new civilisation I would eliminate another. Futher problem is to find new units to add to the new civilisation. I would prefer have some new units not yet uset to add to the new Indian continent Civ and the units available I have all put in game. So, what do I do?

Imperator, Dominatrix is not suggesting to replacing an existing civ with a new one, what he is saying is to remove the Golden Horde, and not replace it with anyone, just have one less civ in the game.

Ah, sorry, but my English is a little bit poor, and sometimes (;) ) I dont' understand correctly all what someone tell me. To the question to have one less civ: why? I can agree whit the opinion to eliminate Golden Horde civ, but on the other hand there are a lot (some) request to add new ciws, in a number that exceed the maximun number of civs possible in game, so the question is which civs utilize in game taking care of 31 civs' limit.

why did you don't make an 'vanilla' version without 1 civ, and later, we can idealize another Age of Colonization MOD, that can include only Americas, The Americas all colonized, the asia, africa and the other important places of the world in the time ^^

Well if you need to do all the stuff you mentioned, then why not save yourself some trouble and not add one? The game will load faster and be smaller too.;)

Well, I think its' not a too bad idea. My goal will be to find another intersting civ with many flavour units or to maintain the status quo with 30 civs.

Thanks Ex-T. It would be an idea. If I find a civilisation with many flavour units ok, otherwise it will preferable maintain the Civ that I have and creating a second Mod later ;)

Imperator,

I am getting a load error when I try to load TAC. The error message is below:
Missing entry in "Scenarios\TAC\text\pediaicons.txt": ANIMNAME_PRTO_Golden_Horde_Pikeman

Do you have any suggestions to fix this sort of problem?

Sorry, my mistake. I upload here a new and correct version of PediaIcons.txt. Simply open the Tac folder, the Text folder and substitute the Pedia.
