AI builds wonder in human city with great engineer

I originally posted this in the general forums. I didn't know what happened until other posters pointed out the GE.

The AI uses a great engineer to build the Parthenon in my city, which wasn't in the queue. In 580AD you can see him there in the city. Next turn the wonder is one turn away from completion. I'm guessing this is a bug, but I'm still not 100% sure.

I am running BUG mod and Blue Marble Terrain.

Once, the AI in normal BTS used a GE to finish my pentagon for me, and best of all - he was 2 turns from finishing it himself! Muahahaha
