of a mine.
I implement 83% of Liq's recommendation for Techno, hiring 5
merchants rather than 6. I keep both cottages worked, which
will allow them to mature and also allow Techno to grow at
a measurable rate. (5 turns for next growth).
I take Liq's Delhi suggestion and move off a mined grassland/hill for a
farmed floodplain. Delhi is no longer stagnant and will grow
in 5 turns.
