Alternate Timeline Building Experiment, v1.0

Astar Kingdoms
Fight, Expand, Occasionally Ally against invaders, and adopt civilization from the south.

Keyzad of Serezyl
Build up, then begin launching focused wars against the Amestrians, to take the prime lands which they occupy to my north. This desire to fight northwards is perhaps most famously observed in the actions of Kezy Dugoliv the Second.

Keyzad of Arkyr
Expand against Arad and Tyzansk, and begin to form a strong friendship with the Saratians, working together to grow in strength and civilization. Many great developments may come from this partnership.

Savisian Ketada
A great Keta named Koromilank will unite the Ketada in a great war against the wealthy Kupartans, then go on to become a great military power, fighting against all of its neighbours.

Saratian Empire
Befriend the Keyzad of Arkyr and begin to work to rebuild our economic, cultural, and technological dominance.

Tetche Kingdoms
Build up strong defenses, and try to keep out of the way.

Yansala Empire
Send out floods of Wainist missionaries throughout the heathen continent of Europe, enlightening them to the one true holiness.

Tezan Kingdom
Recover, and begin to exercise our economic muscles over the Aelari Peninsular and Western Africa. We too shall spread the word of Waina.

Garakal Kingdom
Become a centre of philosophy and ideas exchange, and develop a great trade fleet in the Indian Ocean.

Vespe Kingdom
The Mutyl Peninsula is nearly united! The time has come for a great war against Atica. Sign an alliance with Yansala and Tezan, and in exchange for adopting Wainism, crush and convert Atica.

OOC: Great update Daft!

Turun Kingdom - The ancient universities of Turun develops several new innovations, fx glass, through alchemic ways developed and used throughout the country. The technologis spreads primarily eastwards.

Tetche Kingdoms - With the adaption of glass and gunpowder inventions, the state becomes richer, and is becoming house to a quite sophisticated class of people.

Kupartan Kingdom - Explore northwards, and map it, but do not settle anywere. They only hoped that there was a sea where they could settle. Pick up glass technology from Turun and trade it with tribes to the north in return for many riches.

Civetis Empire - Explore northwards, and map it, but do not settle anywere. They only hoped that there was a sea where they could settle. Wars with Tetche happen, and Civetis is victorious in the most of them.

Yansala Empire - Send missionaries to Europe. Invade the Muretti peninsular as religious strifes become plentiful there, and Yansala wants her religion to gain a foothold and dominate. Decline a little bit in the east.

BTW, I assume that I don't really need to send any orders for the Siberian Sarvonian tribes.

@lord_joakim- Hmm, interesting twist there in Mutyl (I refuse any other names! ;))

OOC: Oopsie, I wrote Muretti by a mistake. I won't edit it though, Daft must understand me. :)

Zarimen
Prioraties:
Consolate Borders
Build Great Universities
Build Infrastructure
Rediscover Ancient writings.
Ships and Explorations.

Other: Isolationist, will only fight in oppertunist land grabs.

Hai Ren
Prioraties
Consolate and unify.
Invent first war use of gunpower: Arrows in a tube with gunpower behind. Then have big crates of them and fire them off at the same time!
Greater production of Silk.
Sea Exploration.
Ally itself to the Nan Alliance.

Nan Alliance
Universities and military acadamies.
Military against Tuizen. Mostly defensive, uses Massed Rockets for the first time in pitched combat and mines to blow up seigeing forces (Dig beforehand. During battle light 30 minuete fuze, pack sand bags. Walk 1 mile away. BOOOM. Sortie.)

@bestshot9, I don't imagine there is much interest in fighting among the tribes of far north America, since it seems survival is hard enough up there. Similarly I can't see why Tagon kingdom would want to expand aggressively into the harsh northern wilderness at this point... BTW, in real life, referring to the British Isles as the 'English Isles' could be highly offensive to Scots, Welsh and Irish people :)

Understood. Man, I'm just pissing everyone off in this thread, heh.

Tagon will expand westward and try building roads to trade with their western neighbors.

Waeluta will explore the new lands to the east, and try to find some warmer places to call home.

Nashagon will also travel south and start to incorporate with any other cultures they meet down there (peacefully, if possible).

Asuat will start sending pillage and raiding groups to raid the other nations in the British Isles, collecting gold, food, and women and children. (Not anything major, just enough for them to be able to send back home for survival and to have some flashy coins, and the raids will take place in the summer.)

That should be all, if I'm forgetting any others, just have them try to organize themselves better and seek out more peoples to trade with and such.

OK, thanks all! Im still working on the map, I hope to finish it tommorrow while I'm offline. Not sure when actual update will be done tho.

People can still send orders/input, but there's no guarantee I'll be able to include everything at this point, so please keep it brief (things are already decided on pretty much).

Kronahar Empire: After seemingly endless civil warfare, the Kronahar Empire is devestated. Weak King after weak king comes, making the Empire weaker. After Skilmar and Kilamys unify, they in an alliance with Gaert, invade the Kingdom. Originally made for their (Skilmar/Kilamys) empire, the Duke who led the invasion created a new kingdom, the Skandavian Kingdom. The Skandavian kingdom consist of the modern borders of England, Wales, and Southern Scotland

Jureg Kingdoms: The most Easterly coastal ones will attack the Kojin Kingdom! Cowe them and then use the island as a jump point to get the Waeulta tribes enslaved. Continue to island hop in a easterly direction until we get horses to the Tagon Kingdom.

Sregnib tribes: The little idiots can rot.. they don't seem like they want civilization thrust upon them. ;) Have them turn canibalistic just for kicks

OOC: Well my once great culture has been ripped from me. So I have decided to move to a new culture and a new area of the world.

@ daftpanzer I know this is late but i hope you accept it.

Culture name: Marinanta
Staring point: South of the Havay Kingdom on OTL California Coast
Description: Fierce warriors and adept shipbuilders they are an offshoot of the Hoanta Tribes.
Priorities: Their main priority lies in building their own Kingdom seperate from their brothers in the south. This has brought them into conflict with the Havay kingdom.

A great warrior arises as the leader of the Marinanta Tribe he declares a war against the Havay Kingdom and begin a land and sea onslaught upon the Havayan Bay.

Still working on the map at this point. May be all finished tomorrow.

@Warhead, I'm sorry but I dont like the name Skandavia either, since its nordic-sounding and very close to Scandinavia. The 'Kronahar Empire' doesn't exist either, I had put in the 'Konnahr Kingdom' last turn. I hope that means you don't mind about names too much :)

Dude, you can't really expect to keep the same kingdoms over thousands of years. Nobody can really fail in this game/thing. Nothing has been 'ripped' :p

A casual look at the list of stuff shows Mavan culture is present in these kingdoms/empires:

Saratian Empire: Lord Iggy / human-slaughter
Turun Kingdom: lord_joakim / human-slaughter
Navacubi Kingdom: Neverwonagame3 / human-slaughter
Vespe Kingdom: Lord Iggy / human-slaughter
Atica Kingdom: flyingchicken / human-slaughter

Of course, you don't have one all to yourself at this point, due to foreign influences. That's likely to happen with a new culture in the Americas too. You could go on a genocide spree or something, or just wait till others get assimilated by your superiorness.

I may add Marinanta this turn, but hope you will reconsider about the Mavan culture.

I don't care much for what the Mavans have become. Iggy can assimilate it into his barbarian peoples.

Its more likely to be the other way around in 'greece', especially the south and the agean islands which are basically still 90% Mavan (with some Pelonar and Smaran)

Well, in that case I am very unsure how 90% of a very prosperous and strong nation were defeated and made basically obsolete by a 10% minority. I mean it doesent make much sense to me that the people are just letting foreign influences make their way in. Mavan culture is centered around their roots in the Mediterranean and their religion that would most likely be the pride of the Mavan culture considering it is being surround by pagans of the north and this African religion in the south, west and east.

Not to mention in one Era they are humbled by the "superior might" of the technologically inept and barbarious tribes from the north and west. So im hoping you can understand my stance and how my Mavan culture has been humbled to nothing but a financial institution and leaders that are meaningless to this 10% that have hogtied the 90% that are smarter, have better technology and have the pride of a culture centuries old. Once again this is your game and you write it however you want.

Perhaps I will keep the nation of "Saratia" for one last era to see what happens.

Saratian Empire:
For too long have the great Mavans of Mava-Smara lived under the barbarious rule of outsiders. This era is marked by extreme nationalism and militaristic innovations. The revered nobles of Mavan descent seize the holdings of they can of what is called the "Unholy Empire of Saratia." The nobles call for Mavan-Smarans from all over the known world to heed the word of Orimudis and protect what is rightfully theirs.

I am amazingly late.

Dagon Empire: New trade routes, exploration (islands make for excellent navies).

Ayutashai Empire: Barangay Tribes are very gay. Knock them out.

Tiendishi Kingdoms: Unify China. It is time. Vassalize/conquer the Min-Yueh Kingdom and the Yenishi Kingdom. Then turn north toward the Tuizen Empire. Look to the Wuzhen Alliances and maybe even the Nanxun Alliances for, well, alliances. They can have Mongolia for their efforts. Technology would be a swell thing to have to do this.

Yenishi Kingdom: Not worth your time fighting the inevitable; maybe the Tiendishi will be nice if you submit. Plus, they are pretty smart people. Maybe you can do something with that knowledge like invent the printing press or make offensive firecrackers.

Tiendishi Kingdoms: One China. Unify it under a banner of paternal benevolence from the monarchy towards the subjects, "The Emperor knows best"
Tuizen tribes / Guo: Submit to whoever rules the Middle Kingdom to keep the trade routes alive
Tuizen Empire: Submit to the Tiendishi Kingdoms (after seeing the inevitability)
Zarimen Empire: Try to create some sort of order from the feudal mess by attempting to establish some sort of centralized control, most importantly by gaining the urban centers on the side of the Monarchy.

Golly, alex, is that...are we...approaching the same goal?

Us, working together?

I must be in the wrong dimension.

OOC: No, I was actually just too tired to actually write real orders :p

Well, the Zevon Sarvonians in Saratia are most likely to either assimilate into your culture, or eventually split it into multiple nations, some of which will be yours, so I wouldn't sweat it human slaughter. And your opinion of Sarvonians is, I'll assume, in-character. ;)
