Whoohoho, my copy arrived yesterday 
At about 1500hrs, I checked the tracker to see what I could learn, and found that the package had been delivered at 1330hrs. What?? I ran upstairs, looked out the door and there it was sitting on the porch.
hehe I quess my music was a little loud, and I suppose my canine friend must have been out patrolling the back forty when the postman arrived.
The game worked perfectly and has already exceeded some of my expectations. And I'm very anxious to play again. My pre-sell edition was intact and the tech tree was in english. I like the functionality of the spiral bound guidebook and the 'leathertte' box is almost swank. I did get a mislabeled play disk, but what the hey, maybee that'll add to it's collectability.
One last note before I get back to the game.. I wonder if the shipping delay may have been a result of amazon having to swap out the mispackaged games? Just a thought. In any case, everybodies games should start rolling in now. And we can put this period of impatience behind us. Godspeed fellow Civers!
