I propose one more amendment to this bill:

Section 5.5: The forced purchase or seizure of private lands by any government is illegal, unless it is for the purpose of building internal improvements, infrastructure, or temporary seizure for investigation during a crime.

I understand that some of the seceded communists will not like that, but Debs was a great socialist president and didn't seize property. As soon as the government gets into the property of the average American, it also gets into their other freedoms, such as the freedom to vote and the freedom of speech, as the past 5 years have shown us.

He did kill innocent protesters but who would find that much enjoyment from seeing them in such great pain and death. These are not the men you want to lead our country.
