a very true statement as anyone who has played RTOR knows, although in some cases nemesis has been a close runner up.

Yes, nemesis knew how to handle diplomacy. I remember that time in RTOR when I first supported the Allies in WW6, then invaded the Ethiopians, changing to the French side, then made Ethiopia a puppet state and reverted back over to the Allied side. That was probably the most evil thing I have done, but watch out, there might be more.
