Sometime (sooner or later) this month i will try to create an ancient Carthaginian set.

As always, i am searching for concept art.

I found these by RedAlert:

The houses are not that distinct from the ancient Egyptian ones i once made, but i can find ways around this problem. However i know of no monuments particular to that civilization.
Any ideas? :)

I also found these two drawn panoramas of the city:

Sadly they are not consistent. In the first the main buildings are Greco-Roman in style, in the latter they are Persian...

Well, depends on what you found, 'cos Carthage was founded by the Phoenicians so it probably looked a lot like their cities in the Mid-East, then it was destroyed and later rebuilt by the Romans, so you cna have both styles.

Hope it was unhelpful :)

Sadly none of the buildings in the pic would make a good centerpiece... :/

I did make the size 1, but the centerpiece is ugly and boring (looks mostly like those persian-styled buildings in the third pic i posted).

... Well, if you really want to get funky ... :mischief:

IIRC the Carthaginian's principal deity was Moloch, so a temple so dedicated might do as a centerpiece. The problem (*ahem*) might be aesthetic as they evidently looked rather like giant Sphinxes with gaping mouths (see below.)
