Wasn't the Daisy Cutter a 20k lb bomb? I don't recall that being an FAE bomb, but then again I didn't pay too much attention to it other than 'Whoa'. . . .
Using radiation to kill off the bio-agents makes sense. Doesn't make it right, but makes sense. I just hope that these don't become so 'mainstream' that the thought of them using them becomes acceptable.
Now, should we ever get bases on the moon, an asteroid, maybe Mars, I would be a little more inclined to use a nuke then. But now? On our planet? And screw it up even more? No thanks.
