And you thought the nuclear arms race was over?

Wasn't the Daisy Cutter a 20k lb bomb? I don't recall that being an FAE bomb, but then again I didn't pay too much attention to it other than 'Whoa'. . . .

Using radiation to kill off the bio-agents makes sense. Doesn't make it right, but makes sense. I just hope that these don't become so 'mainstream' that the thought of them using them becomes acceptable.

Now, should we ever get bases on the moon, an asteroid, maybe Mars, I would be a little more inclined to use a nuke then. But now? On our planet? And screw it up even more? No thanks.

Nope, the Daisy cutter isn't an FAE. According to the site I just looked at, it wouldn't work out as well because of the wide dispersal. . .

Anyways, check out this link for the Daisy Cutter.

Laser technology might prove useful for burning through bunkers(although different materials are resistant to burning). I think there already has been research into using lasers to burn missiles and artillery shells in flight. I think the project or unit is called THELMS. Possible path to Star Wars anyone(not likely though)?

Most laser energy is easily deflected by a lady's pocket mirror.

The original Godzilla was a sort of bio-agent, the rampaging mutant product of careless nuclear testing. One scientist knew of a more potent technology which could stop Godzilla, but he wouldn't reveal this technology to the world, lest a new arms race begin.

And Godzilla died from radiation didn't he? I just recently saw "Godzilla vs. Destroyer" and Godzilla suffered a meltdown... But maybe a Godzilla weapon should be developed...Who'd trace a giant monster back to the US?
