The scaling of the cash from whatever you selected to whatever appears is normal, I understand, and is to do with size or difficulty or some such.

The save you sent me is for the random tribe I was allocated so, until I get to change the name in-game, it is different from what you have in pbemtracker, which is why pbemtracker blew it out.

Does this mean pbemtracker is unusable for our first round of turns until we find out which random tribe we are? I suppose it would be a good idea to message rickityclick our email addresses, as well as the person prior to you in the turn order.

Despite the Random Leader setting, my leader seems to actually match my tribe: Joao II of Portuguese

All other tribes seem to have random leaders.

I sent the save on to Sohleks (Augustus Caesar), whose email addy I found in the bowels of Outlook.

As predicted, I am now Zoot Horn Rollo.

I guess we should announce our tribes and leaders here for the first round.

How do you choose your tribe and leader or is it chosen for us?

It was chosen at the point the game was generated.
Either
- by the game starter selecting a tribe and/or leader for each player
or
- the starter entered random, and the game subsequently spawned just so
or
- some combination of the above

The first quote was my quaint way of avoiding saying gps - so the save should have been with sohleks on the 10th.

He posted since, but has not acknowledged the save.

So I will resend it after finishing this post.

In re-sending it, I see I copied the original send to ricketyclik also - did you see this ?

also, btw, Zoot Horn Rollo has spaces in it, so you will need to use '_' for pbemtracker entry when you change the entries.

I'm sorry. Is it okay that I have a replacement? I have not yet played the first turn already so it should be a clean slate for anyone who wants my slot as Augustus of Egypt. The only nick would be pbemtracker and of course, getting the player up to speed. I contacted Count1 and he seem eager to play. There's also another newcomer on the block.
