Angular Momentum

Sorry, my mistake - I was on PBEMT loading another turn when I noticed that this game was telling me that it's my turn, so I uploaded my most recent save.

Now I remember that I previously emailed it to ZHR. So it must be... Someone else's turn.

After taking the third city, Dijon, we have accepted Alexander's terms for peace of an additional 90 gold to our accounts. These 10 turns will allow us to finish researching Riffling and work on our infrastructure.

Then, depending on our allies desires, we will ramp up to war against Alexander or Khan. (whomever needs it most)

Two turns into peace with Alexander, he is demanding I change religions, and war renewal cannot be averted.

Most Noble Count, I see Alexander's capital Paris, and a few other cities, is north of your territory on the same continent.
This would be natural expansion territory for yourself, and I could raze some of his ice locked arctic cities to the islands north-west of there, knowing he is diverted. Does this fit with your plans, in say 7 or 8 turns ? If he is not diverted, then it would make more tactical sense for me to attack his main cities north of you, but I do not want to risk raising tensions unnecessarily.

It will take longer to get a fleet of Ships of the Line out to my toehold in KK's outlying islands, before I can press on.

I am at present attacking one of his cities, but am vastly out-teched. He is defending with rifles, whilst I am attacking with trebs & macemen. I am keeping him occupied, but doing little damage

I am currently churning out more mace/pikes to further annoy him, but if you want Paris take it; I doubt I'll be able to get there
