280AD [7]: The Babylonians are in deep crisis... they're losing at least 2 bowmen I can see each turn!
We have contact with the Iroquois. They're still in the AA. Trade them Polytheism for 337gold + TM.
They have contact with Russia but we'll get it soon so I have no willing to buy it.

We'll have to build the road to go through their city... connect the Northern incense rather than the southern so the first border expansion won't take it.
