Yes, Bathsheba666 has returned and the 3760 BC turn is in circulation. Phbreng should have just recently sent the turn to TELawrence, so you should be receiving your 3760 BC turn shortly.
There was not only an unfortunate delay in transmitting the file from phbreng to TELawrence, but TELawrence also just informed me that he will be unavailable through next week. I will send a notice when I have a more precise estimated date of his return.
