Guys, I noticed that you were missing your Russian player. I also noticed that he didn't play a single turn. I know you all know I am a cheater, and that several of you are probably angry at me for doing so, and I apologize. But I am offering to play as Russia again. Can you all forgive me? DoM or someone else can check my saves. I can also entrust someone in the game to do random checks as well. Will you let me play with you?

DoM rarely does random checks any more since he doesn't have the time, so somebody else would have to do it. While I don't have a problem with you playing, I just thought I'd remind you of one factor that everyone ignores: somebody out there will have to waste a lot of time checking your saves.

True, I don't have lots of time for random checks, but these aren't random, they are deliberate. I'm currently checking all games Ohwell is playing in at the moment. I have no problem with someone helping out or double checking the games. If someone does want to coordinate efforts, just let me know. Games should never be checked by someone who is involved in the game though.

And, yes, it does mean I have no extra time to play any games of my own. I so wanted to try out the Minor Allies against Koby in the new ZWK game....

Ohwell is letting me know of any games he joins so I can watch them.

France is leading the diplomatic scene, as the Foreign Ministry is proud to announce formal alliances with both the German Reich and Empire of Japan. Solidifying the "Continental League", France has declared Spain and Italy as French protectorates and will tolerate no incursions on her sphere of influence.

France condemns American aggression
Strong words denounced the unprovoked American intentions of invading Latin America. "The Anglo-American alliance has done nothing but terrorize the Free World," said the French Foreign Minister. "First the unwarrented British invasions and now American subjugation of Latin America? The world must make a stand now."

Aramament Program
Several new trade routes opened in America, and goods are en route to Germany, Britain, and Japan. The economic boom has contributed greatly to the French armament program, wielding the most impressive army on the continent. France has reiterated that the massive military expenditure is purely defensive, and justified in the trend of Anglo-American aggression.

Also this game has been a bit slow so maybe I'm just forgetful, but I don't remember ever asking for alliance with Germany and France. In fact I distinctly remember going to the U.S.
