I'm sorry. It is OK if you don't want to play against me anymore. But looking back, at Willem's cheating, he did the same thing. "I forgot I did that" was commonplace. But you still wanted him to play, what about me? Am I just a nothing?

I can't believe that I cheated, ok? I am not a "cheating person". I don't cheat when I am losing so I win. You may not want to play with me anymore but don't shun me.

Koby was wrong, either he assumed you had a veteran or that my ships were non-veteran, or perhaps he was just plain wrong. You can try the savegame yourself, the result was downright impossible without either a rules edit or perhaps reloading a thousand times.

But when he was caught lying I changed my mind. Same here.
You evaded when accused and hoped that he was talking about the clean turn and not the dirty one, then you treated it like no big deal, then when you were accused about the Insurrection turns you evaded, and even now you admit to one turn but not the other. You had opportunities to face both of these accusations like a man and come clean, but you chose not to. What can I say?

Secondly a lot's changed since Willem was caught; that was the first time I was in a game with a cheater being caught, and since then I've seen SEVEN come and go, stretching over more than fifteen games. Naturally I'm not as tolerant as I used to be; I'm tired.

I got the same question here, did you cheat in this Insurrection Game that Darius is referring to? If you did why dont you just admit it?

I beleive the "shunning" as you refer to it is not because you cheated, it is because you continue to deny it.

Your sentence from this thread this morning: "I only cheated in the Apolyton Game "Another Imperialism"."

I looked at Darius's evidence and it looks conclusive to me so which is it? Did you cheat in that Insurrection game or not?

One more chance to come clean, what are you going to do?

The incidents which Darius is talking about, especially the one where I said I had more gunships than I did, was battlefield deception. I specifically said I had more gunships than I did, to up play my forces strength. I cannot explain how I killed the stack. You must remember that with 3 FP to 1 HP, anything can happen.

As a matter of fact I tested the Gunship/Imperator one. On the sixth try I killed both of the VETERAN Imperators with a NON Veteran Gunship. In addition the Imperator that was slightly damaged in the real game was full health in this one. I also made sure to keep them the correct distance away.

For the other instance, it did take a while. After about the thirty-fifth try I succeeded. I don't know how this happened. Your probably right, maybe I did cheat. I seriously do not have any recollection of that but it was so far back that I probably did. So I admit it, I cheated in that game.

Hmmmmm, well Darius asked me to check this out, at last count which was around 25 tries I had not killed the Imperator. And I used the actual save game file. I got close a couple of times, but no dice. I guess Ohwell is just real lucky................

Well his last post here was on the 19th, but he played in an Apolyton game just yesterday. I sent him a PM.

I know, I already said he's been posting at Apolyton (although it was today not yesterday).

He's not really missing, his last post at Apolyton was today and DoM just told me that while he hasn't posted here since the 19th, he was browsing the CFC forums as recently as today. I sent him a PM at Apolyton just in case he isn't getting notifications for the game here, and also because he's apparently more active there and would be more likely to see the PM. I told him if he wants out that's cool, but he at least needs to let us know so that we can look for a new player. I say give him a day or two to respond to the PM, and then we look for a new player.
