Since my graphic card doesn't support TnL (embedded Intel "graphic card"), I'm trying to find a software emulator for TnL or Vertex Shader. Yes, I know that it will be VERY slow, but at least I have an option to play Civ4 without showing all the tiles hack.
I found 3DAnalyzer but it doesn't work, I still got black map and faceless leaders. I tried both 2.26 and 2.36 version.
When I do some googling, I found this page:

"diect3d has a very good software vertex shader emulator. d3d will run in software vertex processing mode if the card doesn't support it."
