Milu, there was a leaderhead done of the Polish King Casimir that might work nicely for your Alfonso I. I believe I found him in the CivGold Mod. In my own personal mod I have used that Casimir leaderhead for Roger I of Sicily in the English and Italian versions, but in the Spanish version I have substituted Aragón for Sicily and Roger/Ruggiero becomes Alfonso.

I have the text of the two leaders when a player meet them

Alfonso I
"We, Alfonso I King of Aragon, Sobrarbe and Ribagorza give you the welcome to our beautiful lands. If you help us to fight the infidels you're welcome. If not be away of us"

Marcelino Iglesias
"I'm Marcelino Iglesias, President of the Aragonese Empire. If you are here to teach us and bring new companies to Aragon, you're welcome. If you come here to steal our Ebro Water, your head will finish in an spear"

For the Almogáver UU, there is one made by zeysoft and pirro 23, and if they let me I will take it because is really beutiful and the UU is the same, because Aragon and Catalonia during centuries was the same country.

This is Alfonso I with an old image based on King David of Israeli Civ Mod, based in Ciro the king of Persia from vanilla game.

Nice find for Alfonso.

I think the greeting in English for Alfonso would sound more idiomatic if he said:

"bid you welcome to our beautiful lands..." and "if not, be gone". To bid someone welcome or goodbye is an older way of speaking, but not unsuitable for a medieval leader.

For Señor Iglesias, he might say "...your head will finish at the end of a spear." or "on the end of a spear" although not too many modern leaders tend to speak in such terms. :)

Thank you Ravenking for your help. I don't know anything of Ancient English. And I will change the King Alfonso's words

About Mr. Iglesias' phrase was a joke with my friends because he only speaks about the Ebro Water and the sustainable development. So it makes him more agressive.
