Oh, definitely. There's another condition for it to matter though: Despite 100% multipliers against us and melee troops present (usually not warriors on high levels), it still needs to be in our interest to actually attack before bombarding.

I had to go with Skirmishers, based on the intent of the poll.
Though, I don't consider archers before a game.
I guess "none/other" would include Churchill's CHR/PRO archers, which would make good LBs later.
"archer" could also apply to those playing as either PRO leader of China, expecting to upgrade them to Cho ko nus.
