...and I had to recolor his chin in every frame.

Unfortunately, the response to these advisors has been underwhelming, with only one DL, apparently you (although, as director of this project, you're the guy that counts). I'm thinking of redoing the idea anyway, taking more advantage of the opportunity to animate and back-light the side icons. My thought is to use images of, say, a ledger, a barrel, a globe, etc instead of the "left side" advisor heads, while leaving the "Victorian" heads on the advisor screens. Any thoughts? (I realize it's actually a minor matter - I'm really just looking for something to do.)

You must have another fan as I left my comment at work but downloaded the file just now. I'd say the idea of the left side icons has merit. I had thought of something resembling the old wire-bell-pull systems with name boards underneath: Domestic, Trade etc. As if you were ringing them up on the internal communication system (see attached pic). But I think your icons sound better.

Ok guys, I changed the Left Side Advisor Icons to look like this:

The pages turn, the box opens, the medal waves, the globe turns, the violin fiddles, the electricity crackles. Not bad for a night's work. I just rewrote over the rar file, so you must re-download it if you want these.

Those are great Balthasar - the cloudbuster is weirdly Monty Python like but great. I really like the Secret Passage too.

Thanks, King Arthur. I was going to insert the giant foot nuke here and facetiously suggest it be used for the Fulgerator, but I can't find it anywhere. The originals of all of these look much better, by the way.
